Mohammad Razaul Karim, PhD is an associate professor of the Department of Public Administration at Comilla University, Cumilla in Bangladesh. He has completed his PhD in International Politics under School of Political Science and Public Administration at Shandong University of P.R. China. His research interests are in South Asian politics and administration, Security, and Urban Governance.
