Afrina Akter Mishu, a faculty member of the 'Faculty of Science', Comilla University, Bangladesh, is currently working as Assistant Professor of department of Statistics. She has completed her B.S. (Hons) in Statistics from University of Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2012 and M.S. with dissertation from the same university in 2014. She joined Comilla University as Lecturer in 2014. During her Ten years of teaching and research career, she has contributed in several scientific articles in the field of statistics and applied statistics. Her teaching experience includes different Graduate (M.Sc.) and Under Graduate (B.Sc.) courses, also a significant number of Research Projects supervisions. She has attended national and intentional conferences and workshops organized by different universities and research bodies. Before joining the academia, she has worked in a couple of research projects conducted by international organizations including USAID as research assistant. She has keen interest in Biostatistics, Meta-Analysis, Epidemiology, Demographic and Health survey analysis and Regression Analysis.
