Md. Safayet Hossain is a lecturer in the Department of Statistics at Comilla University. Previously, he served as a lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at International Standard University. He holds an MSc and BSc in Statistics from Comilla University, securing first position in both degrees. He loves to span public health, occupational health, and machine learning, with a research focus on regression analysis, predictive modeling, and healthcare economics.
As a former Research Associate at the Global Public Health Research Foundation, he contributed to data analysis and manuscript writing. Proficient in R, Python, SPSS, STATA, SAS, SMART-PLS, AMOS and many statistical tools. He has earned multiple academic honors, including the National Science and Technology Fellowship. Alongside teaching and research, he actively engages in interdisciplinary studies, and professional training programs.
