Dr. Md. Saifur Rahman currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Information and Communication Technology, Comilla University where he joined as a Lecturer in the Department of Information and Communication Technology, Comilla University in 2012. He received his Ph.D. degree in the field of speech processing at the Graduate School of Science and Engineering in Saitama University, Japan. His research interests include speech analysis and digital signal processing and its applications to wireless communications.
