Md. Zia Uddin commenced his tenure as a Lecturer at Comilla University in 2012, immediately following the successful completion of his MSS from the Department of Public Administration at the University of Chittagong. All the academic degrees he obtained, both at the undergraduate and graduate levels, were conferred by the University of Chittagong. Presently, he has the position of Associate Professor and is actively engaged in the pursuit of his doctoral studies at the University of Chittagong. The doctoral dissertation is titled "Challenges of Coordination for Effective Public Service Delivery among the Development Authorities of Bangladesh: A Study on Four Selected City Corporations."

 

Md Zia's research agenda comprises three key areas of study: governance, coordination within public sector organizations, and the field of organizational behavior and political science. The individual possessed a substantial number of published scholarly works, a wealth of conference paper presentations, and a significant portfolio of research initiatives. He as a researcher uses various qualitative methodologies, such as case study methodology, interview-based research, document analysis, and quantitative methods. With 13 years of experience in many academic and student affairs roles within the field of Public Administration, the individual in question demonstrates a particular inclination towards research that bears direct relevance to the practical application and policy formulation within the realm of Legislature and Constitutional Politics.
