I am a passionate researcher, a dedicated educator, and an enthusiastic dreamer, always ready to embrace new challenges. With over 2.5 years of teaching experience in anthropology at Comilla University, I bring both academic depth and practical field experience to my work. Prior to joining academia, I spent more than 8 years at the Centre for Environmental and Geographic Information Services (CEGIS), where I led and contributed to a wide range of ethnographic and social research projects. My core areas of expertise include human-wildlife conflict management, particularly human-tiger interactions in the Sundarbans; climate change and vulnerability assessment, environmental and social impact assessments; resettlement planning; environmental and social management frameworks; project evaluation and management, business development, and stakeholder engagement. I have collaborated with several Ministries, national and international organizations, contributing to major development initiatives, including the Bangladesh Delta Plan 2100, and projects funded by UNDP, ADB, the World Bank, KFW, and JICA. Beyond research and teaching, I am highly skilled in public speaking, program organization, and facilitating national and international workshops and seminars. My approach combines strategic insight with hands-on experience to address complex development challenges with timely and effective solutions.
