I have been working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies, Comilla University since 2020. I joined the academia in 2007 as a lecturer. I did research on job satisfaction, marketing channel assessment, performance measurement of foreign commercial banks, MDG and aid effectiveness, the role of teachers to develop the students’ morality. My research interests are Business Opportunity, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources Management, Train and Development and so on.
