Md Mosharraf Hossain was born in a respected Muslim family of Bangodda at Nangolkot Upazilla in Cumilla District on July 1, 1991. He is the youngest son of Mr. Md Habibur Rahman and Mrs. Halima Begum, among two brothers and one sister. He passed SSC in Humanities and HSC from the Business Studies group in 2006 and 2008, respectively. He obtained his BBA (Hons) degree in 2013 and MBA (Human Resource Management) in 2014 from the Department of Management Studies at Comilla University, Bangladesh. Mr. Hossain joined Comilla University, Cumilla as a Lecturer in the Department of Management Studies on July 1, 2019. He had been promoted to the post of Assistant Professor on August 4, 2021, in the same department. He was the convener of the Management Club and Assistant Proctor at Comilla University, Cumilla. Furthermore, he is one of the Editor of https://www.universepg.com/editors/ijma.He started his career at Port City International University, Chittagong, as a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration (Human Resource Management) from 2017 to 2019; Mr. Hossain has written a good number of research articles in different research journals at different universities of Bangladesh and the world as well.
