H. M. Khalid Hossain Bhuiyan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Administration at Comilla University. His research explores political structures in the policy-making process. He has experience and a strong interest in political thought and public administration, particularly in the politics of policy-making, sustainable development goals, national and international governance frameworks, public service motivation, and the emerging role of artificial intelligence in public service delivery and governance.
