With thirteen years of extensive teaching experience, Mohammad Ainul Haque is an Associate Professor in the Department of Anthropology at Comilla University in Bangladesh. This extensive teaching experience has enabled him to mentor emerging scholars in the field of anthropology. In 2020, Haque achieved a Master of Arts (MA) degree from the Department of Folklore at Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada. Prior to this, he completed his BSS in 2005 and MSS in 2006 from the Department of Anthropology at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology. His professional journey commenced in 2006 when he joined the Population Council, Bangladesh office—a globally recognized public health research organization. During his tenure there, Haque seamlessly integrated his theoretical understanding of Anthropology with the diverse cultural contexts of population and health research at both national and community levels in Bangladesh. Furthermore, Haque's valuable work experiences at the International Centre for Diarrheal Disease Research, Bangladesh (ICDDR,B) have significantly contributed to his growth as a researcher in the public health sector of Bangladesh. His ability to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical applications underscores his commitment to advancing anthropological perspectives within the realm of public health.
