Abdur Rahman is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Administration at Comilla University, Bangladesh. Before this role, he served as a faculty member in the Department of Public Administration at Stamford University Bangladesh from January 9, 2016, to December 28, 2025. Mr. Rahman completed both his Bachelor of Social Science (Honors) and Master of Social Science degrees in Public Administration from the University of Dhaka. He has published several research papers on e-governance, local government, e-health, PPP, and social behavior and well-being in reputable national and international journals. His teaching interests include local government, e-governance, and public policy. His primary research interests are local government, e-governance, PPP, and public policy. He has been actively involved in a range of national and international research initiatives.
