Please allow us to introduce Aleya Akter, also known as Happy, born in Cumilla under the Chattogram division, who joined as a lecturer in the Management Studies department, Comilla University, Cumilla-3506, on January 16, 2025, Thursday. She is the elder and only daughter of her parents.

She completed an MBA degree, majoring in HRM, with the highest score, CGPA: 3.98, in her batch (9^th) & Faculty of Business Studies, and a BBA degree with the highest CGPA: 3.86, in her same batch from the department of Management Studies under Comilla University. Added, she passed HSC from Comilla Victoria Govt. College, Cumilla, with GPA 5.00 in all of the subjects & received the board scholarship for that. More about that, she was 9^th in Cumilla Education Board for her HSC result. She passed SSC with GPA 4.63 from Majigacha Akhtarrruzzaman High School, Cumilla. Before she was inspired by receiving a scholarship from the Ministry of Primary & Mass Education for the exam of Primary Education Completion (PEC) from Majigacha Govt. Primary School.

We are glad to share that she is very blessed for her 100% record of attendance in all classes, exams, class tests, and overall activities on time of Management Studies department during her BBA and MBA academic tenure & honored by receiving an Attendance Certificate from her department. Most remarkably, that event was circulated as a news in national newspaper & social media.

She has participated in several national & international seminars, namely, 1st International Virtual Research Conference “Contextualizing Research in Challenging Times” on 18 & 19 December 2020 at 2.00 pm BD time (GMT+6), International Webinar on the subject “COVID-19: Financial Challenges in Bangladesh” on 12 November, 2020 (Thursday) at 3.00 PM. Organized by Pundra University of Science & Technology. Live Seminar on “Financial Inclusion: Initiatives and Achievements in Bangladesh” on Oct 22, 2020 (Thursday) at 10:30 AM. Organized by BIBM. National Leadership Carnival-2019 (NLC), Dhaka on 29^th November, 2019. 3^rd Annual Conference on Sustainable Development 2018 Center for Sustainable Development (International Conference CSD) at University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB), Dhaka on 25 September, 2018. Apart from that, she has a strong leadership quality: since her school life, she has led the class as Class Captain. Not only this, but she also leads the class as a Class Representative (CR) from the first day of BBA to the final day of MBA academic life. As a debater, she was the Champion of Mixed-Up Debate Competition in 2017 at Comilla University. She achieved the prize in extempore speech in 2015, 2016, and 2017 of Management Week in her department. She also participated in the 12^th NDF BD National Debate Festival’19 on 29-30^th March 2019 and the National Debate on 30^th November, 2018 at South East University.

As an organizer, she was attached to several responsibilities like Study Tour, Career Talk Seminar (Insight), Management Week & Management Fest program at the University. She is a sportsperson too. She achieved prizes competing in several events of sports from school to varsity. With the intention of social welfare & mental peace, she donates blood as a blood donor.

Last but not least, as a motivator, she also conducted several programs inspiring the students for Good Result & Bright Future, demerits of early marriage, and self-development in many Educational Institutions.
