Mr. Moshiur Rahman was born in Barguna, Bangladesh. After completing his Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in 2013, he was awarded the Turkish Government Scholarship in 2014. He pursued his undergraduate studies in Journalism at Anadolu University (Anadolu Üniversitesi) in Eskişehir, Türkiye. Graduating as the top student of his faculty, he once again received the Turkish Government Scholarship to pursue a master's degree (with thesis) in Journalism under the Social Sciences Institute at Anadolu University. Currently, he is in the thesis stage of his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Journalism at Erciyes University, Türkiye.
During his undergraduate studies, he participated in a one-year Erasmus+ exchange program at the University of Warsaw, Poland. Additionally, he completed an Erasmus+ internship in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, Spain.
Professionally, he worked for five years at İhlas News Agency (İHA), one of the largest news agencies in Türkiye. In 2018, he also worked for FIFA during the World Cup in Saint Petersburg, Russia. He has attended numerous national and international conferences worldwide and has traveled extensively to countries including Türkiye, Iran, Poland, the Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia, Italy, Spain, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, Russia, and Saudi Arabia.
As an academic, Mr. Rahman has published several scholarly articles and authored a book titled Öteki Muhabir (The Other Reporter). He has a deep passion for traveling.
