H. M. Khalid Hossain Bhuiyan joined the faculty at Comilla University as a Lecturer of the Department of Public Administration. His research explores the political structures in the policy making process. He has conducted research on several topics related to political thought and public administration including politics of policy making, voting behavior, sustainable development goals, national and international governance framework, and public service motivation.
