Abdur Razzak Sohel is a Lecturer at the Department of Mass Communication and Journalism, Comilla University, Bangladesh. Prior to entering academia, he served for over five years in national media organizations, including The Business Post, RTV, Bangladesh Post, and Daily Janakantha.

Mr. Sohel obtained his graduation (BSS) and post-graduation (MSS) from the Department of Mass Communication and Journalism, University of Dhaka, securing First Class in both.

Besides teaching, he conducts research across diverse areas, including press freedom, investigative journalism, media ethics, development journalism, social media, and business and economic reporting.
