Welcome to the Department of Marketing at Comilla University. The wide variety of undergraduate program namely Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Post- graduate program namely Master of Business Administration (MBA) are designed by the department of Marketing, Comilla university to reflect the requirements and desires of the students and those of society and industry, whilst retaining academic rigor. It also offers MBA (weekend) program which has been designed highlighting theoretical and practical orientation to discover the leading edge of knowledge. The main purpose of those academic programs is to provide students with a marketing vision focused on todays and tomorrow’s business life, and prepare them as prospective marketing executives and entrepreneurs who will assume leadership roles in the business world.
As the Head of the Department of Marketing, Comilla University run the department in cooperation with a group of experienced and highly qualified teachers. Besides, a team work offered by a group of office staffs who provide vital supports to the students of the department.
The graduates of DoM have access to careers with the potential for significant advancement and income growth, while making a meaningful difference to consumers, organizations, and society at large. Employment in marketing careers is expected to grow faster than most occupations in the next decade. During study at the department of Marketing, the students are encouraged to get hands- on experience in the corporate world through internship or project work with reputed organizations.
The Marketing Department has been designed syllabus to strike a balance between professional knowledge and personal skills. We are confident that our current curriculum has enabled the overall development of budding managers to come up with the expectations of the corporate world. The curriculum is taught by the distinguished faculties combining academic excellence and real-world experience with dedication and commitment.
Constructive and proactive departmental arrangements have been motivating the students to participate in distinguished extracurricular activities.
