G. M. Azmal Ali Quaosar, PhD has been teaching as a professor in the Department of Management Studies, Comila University, Bangladesh 3506. He was the assistant proctor and provost of Comilla University. Professor Quaosar has been awarded his PhD (with the winning of HUST Academic Excellence Award) from Huazhong University of Science of Technology (HUST), P.R.China and has completed his MBA and BBA from University of Chittagong, Bangladesh 4331.

His research interest lies in the area of Human Resource Management, Human resource Information Systems and Industrial Relations. Professor Quaosar has a good number of research works published in springer, sage, Mary Ann Liebert, Inc., Taylor & Francis, among others national and international journals.
