Md. Siddikur Rahman is an Associate Professor of Management at Comilla University, Bangladesh, and currently a PhD candidate in Management at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, where he is pursuing doctoral studies under a prestigious scholarship.

He completed his BBA and MBA in Management at Comilla University, graduating top of his class, and earned an MSc in Management from Putra Business School, Universiti Putra Malaysia, in 2024. His master’s research explored the dynamics of justice, organizational support, and commitment among academicians in Bangladesh.

With over a decade of teaching and research experience, Rahman has developed expertise in organizational behavior, human resource management, and leadership. He has published in reputable international journals and presented at global conferences on issues such as organizational justice, pay equity, and employee commitment. Proficient in SPSS, SmartPLS, Nvivo, and VOSviewer, he combines academic rigor with a strong commitment to student development and institutional growth.
