Moinur Rahman received his B.Sc. (Engineering) and M.Sc. (Engineering) degrees in Information and Communication Technology from Comilla University, Cumilla, Bangladesh, in 2018 and 2019, respectively.
In September 2022, he joined as a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at The People's University of Bangladesh, 3/2 Asad Avenue, Dhaka-1207, Bangladesh. Then, in March 2023, he joined as a lecturer in the Department of Information Technology (IT) at the University of Information Technology and Sciences (UITS), Baridhara, Dhaka-1212, Bangladesh. At UITS, he also served as a course coordinator from 15.02.2024 to 15.01.2025 and as a Program Self-Assessment Committee (PSAC) member of IQAC from 01.11.2023 to 15.01.2025. During this tenure, he gained experience in working with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and program coordination.
He is currently serving as a lecturer in the Department of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at Comilla University (CoU), Kotbari, Cumilla-3506, Bangladesh, since January 2025.
His current research interests include speech signal analysis, signals and systems, human-computer interaction, the Internet of Things, meta-heuristic algorithms, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
