The Department of Physics started its journey
of 4-years B.Sc. (Hon’s) programme on 16 January 2011 with 30 students and 3
faculty members. After one year, the department has been shifted to the New Academic
Building (Science Building) with the second batch of 45 students and 6 faculty

The objectives of the undergraduate and graduate programmes offered by
the Department of Physics are to
