Mohammed Mahin Uddin is an Assistant Professor of Public Administration department at Comilla University, Bangladesh. Mr. Uddin pursued his second master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), China, in 2021. Earlier, Mr. Uddin received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Public Administration from Comilla University (Bangladesh) in 2014 and 2015, respectively. He has published a number of research papers on disaster management, NGos, and local government in reputed international journals. His teaching interests include local government, environment, disaster management, rural and urban government, public policy, and financial administration. Mr. Uddin's prime research interests are disaster management, local government, and environmental policy.
