Dr. Md. Saifur Rahman is currently serving as a Professor in the Department of Information and Communication Technology at Comilla University, where he joined as a Lecturer in 2012. He received his Ph.D. in speech processing from the Graduate School of Science and Engineering at Saitama University, Japan. His research interests include speech analysis, digital signal processing, and its applications to wireless communications.
